The workflow
How a Load Moves
- 01
The receiver places an order — the shipper gets the pickup details by email as a PDF.

The load is pushed to the broker or carrier with full pickup information.

The broker or carrier sends the load and BOL to the assigned driver.

The driver arrives — an automatic check-in goes to the shipper, and the bill of lading is produced and emailed to everyone.

At delivery, the automatic check-in goes to the guard shack or receiving clerk and the load is offloaded.

The receiver signs digitally — a second signature email goes to all participants, and the signed BOL is stored in the cloud.

The invoice generates automatically with the signed BOL attached, and payment status goes back to the carrier.
